Ignatius Matsheza joined Zimbabwe Women Resources Center in 2001 as a driver. He has been in the NGO industry for more than 24 years. Ignatius is very passionate about gender issues and it is his hope that one day men and women will have equal treatment. Ignatius enjoys travelling and socialising during his free time.
