The call for proposals on the theme : Education, Science and Technology

In line with the African Women’s Decade (AWD) and the Fund for African Women launched by the African Union members in 2010, the Women, Gender and Development Directorate (WGDD) is pleased to announce the call for the submission of project proposals under Theme No . 4 of the African Women’s Decade, namely "Education, Science and Technology".
The Fund amount of thirty thousand dollars ((30,000 US dollars) will be allocated to cover the funding of proposals for one (1) year and will benefit women, particularly youths and girls, through grassroots initiatives, as follows: a) African Union Member States: 70 %; b) Civil Society Organizations working in the areas of Education, Science and Technology: 30%.
