Avilla Dororosa Goba was appointed to the ZWRCN Board in July 2010. She is the Director of Corporate Services responsible for human resources management and administration at the Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ). She is a dynamic Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Secretary and Administrators who has over 35 years of experience in Human resources management and administration work. Avilla was the president of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in Zimbabwe (ICSAZ) from 2011 to 2012. She chaired the Human Resources Committee for The African Advanced Level Telecommunications Institute (AFRALTE) from 2012 to 2015. She is also Vice Chairperson of the Communications Regulators’ Association of Southern Africa (CRASA). Avilla is a strategic thinker, change agent and team player who takes pride in research and uses the information to influence change.
