The Third International Conference on Financing for Development

The third International Conference on Financing for Development will take place in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from 13-16 July 2015. The UN General Assembly, in its modalities resolution A/Res/68/279 for the Conference, has stressed the importance of the full participation of all relevant stakeholders, including non-governmental organizations and business sector entities, in the Conference and its preparatory process. In addition to substantive informal sessions, the preparatory process will include informal interactive hearings on 8-9 April 2015 at UN Headquarters, as well as a Global Forum in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in July (date tbc).
