Head of Finance and Administration   

Nothando Sithole is the head of finance and Administration for ZWRCN. She joined ZWRCN in November 2019. She has over 8 years of experience in the Finance and Administration field in various sectors of the economy. Prior to joining ZWRCN, she worked as an Accountant for 6 years in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry. She also worked as the Head of Finance and HR for more than two years in the Labour and Regulation Industry. These positions provided her with experience in accounting, human resources management and corporate governance. Nothando is passionate about women's empowerment and development. She holds an Honours Degree in finance and banking and is also a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (Acca).
